Residential Conveyancer -ChepstowSalary: Competitive (DOE)
TSR Legal is thrilled to be working with a well-established local law firm, known for their excellent legal services and commitment to building lasting client relationships. Due to their ongoing growth, they are expanding their Residential Conveyancing team in Chepstow.
The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:
- Manage your own varied caseload, handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality service to clients, lenders, and third parties.
- Stay up to date with current legislation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including the CLC Handbook.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the Land Registry and associated processes.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience managing residential conveyancing caseloads independently.
- Proven expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions.
- Commercial conveyancing experience would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and client care skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a team-oriented environment.
- A self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
