Supply Chain Account Manager - Supply Chain - £35K - £40K + bonus + benefits -KT16 - Chertsey HYBRID/work from home

Monday Friday. Good Railway networks and parking. Great Opportunity in an established team that Import and distribute the finest Fresh foods from Europe and Asia.

Looking for a bright, talented individual that would like to grow within the Company.

Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Account Manager:

1. Customer communication and service level reporting for a major retailer/s

2. Download retailer reports from various platforms on a daily/weekly basis

3. Analyse retailer reports and drive improvement with actions/escalation where needed

4. Download and investigate retailer delivery discrepancies

5. Daily communication with service providers to investigate and resolve discrepancies

6. Collaborate with wider Operations team to pro-actively manage waste/stock availability for retailer/s

7. Manage projects to launch right first time

8. Provide support to the wider Operations team & holiday cover

Skills & Experience required for Supply Chain Junior Account Manager role:

Extremely organised

High attention to detail

Strong customer service skills

Bright, energetic & organised

Intermediate Excel Skills Essential

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels

Problem solving

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Package for the Supply Chain Account Manager role:

Salary depending on experience

Bonus Scheme (yearly bonus + quarterly bonus)

5 days per week, Full time
