Payroll & Benefits Manager – Part Time – 25 hours per week - £48,500 pro rataA highly successful, global business based in Chertsey, Surrey are looking for a capable Payroll Manager with benefits experience to join them on a part time basis.  Please note – this role is 25 hours per week across 4 or 5 days. 

As the Payroll and Benefits Manager you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the UK payroll for c 200 employees using the  IRIS Cascade integrated HR & Payroll system. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders, manage the Company’s bonus and commission payments as well as all benefits administration.The ideal candidate will be an experienced Payroll Manager who has previously managed a UK payroll and is familiar with benefits administration, has high levels of accuracy and is fully conversant in compliant payroll administration. Your strategic vision will help enhance payroll processes and employee benefits programs, making a real difference and supporting the companies growth plans.  Key responsibilities include:

Payroll - full end to end processing of monthly in-house payroll (circa 200HC). Working alongside the HR team to collect accurate payroll data and processing this into the payroll system (IRIS Cascade)

Paying the necessary disbursements (e.g. HMRC liabilities, court orders etc.)

Ensure all payroll changes are fully authorised, implemented and actioned working closely with the HR Advisor on changes

Provide accurate and timely management information on all aspects of payroll and liaise closely with key stakeholders

Respond to payroll queries from employees, ensuring resolution within agreed timeframes and in a confidential manner

Managing all family friendly leave calculations and ensure this is recorded accurately on IRIS Cascade

Undertake year end procedures including preparation and distribution of relevant payroll reports including month end, year-end, P11Ds, P60s etc

Payrolling all benefits, and accurately checking monthly benefit data

Processing the monthly pension upload and reconciling this with the monthly return

Managing the annual benefits renewal process and uploading benefits data reports

Oversee the administration of company benefits, managing renewals and employee queries and identifying improvement areas and new potential benefits for employees

Act as the primary point of contact for all employee benefits queries, delivering a world-class employee experience

The salary on offer for this role is £48,500 pro rata.  This is a part time role – 25 hours per week.
