Project Delivery Manager - eCommerce & Digital
Are you an experienced project manager with a strong background in eCommerce and digital transformation? We are seeking a skilled professional to take ownership of project delivery, managing in-house and partner-led initiatives within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and review projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with key business stakeholders.
- Drive productivity improvements using lean methodologies and automation.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners and ensure value delivery across all projects.
- Proactively manage risks and dependencies to prevent potential project issues.
- Plan and manage people supply chains, improving project delivery processes and documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in Agile, DevOps, and automation-driven development.
- Expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, and resource planning.
- Proven track record in change management, vendor management, and compliance (ISO-9001, QMS).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA is preferred.
Success in This Role Means:
- Delivering projects on time while proactively mitigating risks.
- Ensuring 100% contract adherence and compliance through regular audits.
- Managing multiple projects effectively while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement in digital and eCommerce initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce/retail project management (essential).
- 10+ years in project/vendor management with knowledge of QMS systems (advantageous).
- Experience with SAP Hybris and Adobe Experience Manager (preferred).
