Aspect is one of London’s largest property maintenance teams, covering more trades than anyone else. We operate 24/7, helping residential and commercial customers. After 15 years of growth, we have ambitious expansion plans and are looking for talented Trade Administrators to join us.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £24,000 per year
- Performance-based bonuses (OTE £30,000-£40,000)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm (office-based)
The Role: Trade Administrator
As a Trade Administrator, you’ll manage scheduled jobs, liaising with customers, tradespeople, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. You’ll handle quotes, convert them into sales, and quickly resolve customer requests. In our fast-paced office, the Trade Administrator will need to prioritize tasks and act decisively to ensure work is completed efficiently.
About You
With at least 2 years in customer support or account management, you’re organised, proactive, and able to anticipate and resolve issues. Strong communication skills are essential, as a Trade Administrator needs to build relationships and give clear instructions.
