Our client is an established high-end UK manufacturer and contractor within the curtain walling and architectural glazing sector, and they are recruiting for a Document Controller to work within a very experienced team.

Location: Hybrid role, working out of their Chessington office 2-days a weekPackage: £30k basic + annual company bonus and 22 days holiday

The Role - Document Controller:

This can be hybrid remote working role, work from home and their Chessington office at least 2-days per week
You will accurately record all works being undertaken
Carrying out daily checks of Field View for all live projects, to ensure dashboards are maintained and the data is being uploaded by site teams and subcontractors
You will set up projects on the system to ensure all are working from a consistent design and reporting on progress
Carry out digital and physical filing, record keeping, updating and coordination of project documentation in line with key project milestone dates
Support Quality Manager in auditing of documentation process and ensure consistency across business data files
Ensuring the business has immediate access to all supporting data that demonstrates the works we deliver are compliant and free of workmanship issues

The Successful Applicant - Document Controller:

You are most likely to be already working as a Document Controller, or have transferable skills from a similar role within the construction industry
You will have Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating with all levels of personnel / stakeholders
