Are you an ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor/Buyer looking for a diverse, encompassing role where you're exposed to all aspects of Quantity Surveying and Buying? Are you looking for training support and encouraged upskilling within a busy and successful company?
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor/Buyer to join an expanding company in a role working on the build and refurbishment of high end children's educational facilities, with the opportunity to learn on the job from senior surveyors and expand your knowledge and experience on interesting bespoke builds alongside a great salary and package.
On offer is the chance to gain further experience on manufacturing and residential developments with the support of experienced senior managers.
Evinox Energy is specialise in (HIU's)heating, cooling, combined and bespoke interface units and with a comprehensive support services and maintenance. Our range of ModuSat heat interface units are designed, developed and manufactured in UK and Romania to meet industry standards. We are located in Chessington and we are committed to delivering efficient and sustainable heating solutions for communal and district heat networks.
In this role you will be based from the office in Chessington with occasional site visits throughout the UK. You will work alongside all heads of department assisting with all QS and buying matters. This will include cost planning and budgeting, analysing design information and specifications, pre tender estimates, tendering and package procurement, monthly valuations, cost reports and management of purchase orders and buying materials.
