Key Responsibilities:
- Working on the Purchase & Sales Ledger
- Processing invoices
- Coding and sending invoices for approval
- Conducting payment runs
- Handling supplier queries and statement reconciliations
- Performing Credit Control tasks
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Assisting with accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets
- Generating sales reports
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience with Purchase & Sales Ledger
- Proficiency in bank reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
