Position: Accounts AssistantType: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Upto £30,000 Per Annum DOELocation: Chester, Cheshire

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on the Purchase & Sales Ledger
• Processing invoices
• Coding and sending invoices for approval
• Conducting payment runs
• Handling supplier queries and statement reconciliations
• Performing Credit Control tasks
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Assisting with accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets
• Generating sales reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with Purchase & Sales Ledger
• Proficiency in bank reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
