Job Description:

We are a seeking a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing SaaS organisation in Chester. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing successful sales strategies, along with strong communication and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching potential accounts, analysing customer needs, and developing relationships with current and potential customers
  • Develop and execute successful sales strategies and ensure the effective implementation of those strategies to increase customer loyalty and revenue
  • Develop relationships with existing and new customers to increase customer satisfaction and grow business
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in sales and/or business development
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
