As HR Manager, you'll be a key player in shaping the people strategy while staying hands-on with day-to-day HR operations. Reporting directly to the Owner, you'll have the autonomy to lead change, implement HR best practices, and support continued growth - all while managing and developing a small HR team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring a high standard of service
- Design and deliver HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Advise on employee relations, performance, and compliance
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Champion engagement and cultural development
- Keep policies and procedures up to date with employment legislation
- Support learning and development across the workforce
- Proven generalist HR experience at a leadership level
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, adaptable approach
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Proactive, approachable, and confident working with all levels
- CIPD Level 5+ qualification
