As HR Manager, you'll be a key player in shaping the people strategy while staying hands-on with day-to-day HR operations. Reporting directly to the Owner, you'll have the autonomy to lead change, implement HR best practices, and support continued growth - all while managing and developing a small HR team.

About You
  • Proven generalist HR experience at a leadership level
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, adaptable approach
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small team
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Proactive, approachable, and confident working with all levels
  • CIPD Level 5+ qualification
