Are you a proactive HR Advisor looking for a hands-on role where you can make an impact? Join a growing business in Chester on a 12-month FTC, supporting the HR function and working closely with the HR Manager.

As HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing practical and operational HR support across the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in a mix of employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

? Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations and HR policies? Manage recruitment and onboarding processes? Support the HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives and strategies? Assist with performance management, absence management, and disciplinaries? Maintain and update HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation? Contribute to engagement and well-being initiatives

About You

? Previous experience in an HR Advisor role or similar? Comfortable handling employee relations cases and providing HR advice? Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment? CIPD Level 3 or above
