Our client is a well-established and reputable contractor delivering high-quality roofing, cladding, and faade solutions across the UK. With a strong reputation for excellence and a growing portfolio of projects, they are expanding their commercial team to support continued success.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team with cost management, procurement, valuations, and project financial control. You will gain hands-on experience working on a variety of projects, ensuring efficiency and profitability while maintaining the highest standards.



Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with cost estimation, tendering, and procurement
Supporting contract administration and project valuations
Conducting material take-offs and cost analysis
Assisting with monthly reporting and financial forecasting
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Supporting senior surveyors in commercial decision-making



What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in roofing, cladding, or faades or construction
A degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and industry-related software
A team player with the ability to work independently when required
