Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth within the Midlands region, targeting machine & device manufacturers.
- Engage with senior management, supply chain professionals, and engineers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promoting value propositions effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Work closely with distributor sales partners to maximise sales potential.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities using a CRM system.
Skills & Experience:
- Sales experience within an engineering or technical environment preferred.
- A technical qualification in engineering would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced industry.
