We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to actively develop and manage a portfolio of current clients while identifying and generating new business opportunities. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence among regional customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively identify new sales opportunities through calls and email outreach.
  • Present potential and new customers with comprehensive overviews of the company’s unique selling points.
  • Determine and communicate appropriate pricing tiers for customers.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes for new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the account manager to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
  • Offer basic guidance on training and compliance matters to customers.
  • Conduct virtual meetings to discuss and secure new opportunities.
  • Record all activities and prospects in the company database.
  • Provide regular sales pipeline updates to the Commercial Director.
  • Represent the company at promotional events to enhance visibility and generate leads.

Role Requirements:

  • Strong initiative and motivation to generate new business opportunities.
  • Proven sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to address and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
