Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily team huddles to prioritise tasks, set goals, and align team efforts.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth workflows and prompt responses to client needs.
  • Manage customer enquiries via Freshdesk, ensuring efficient ticket resolution and high service standards.
  • Collaborate across departments, such as sales and operations, to deliver seamless and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Utilise tools like HubSpot (CRM) and VoIP systems to streamline communication and improve team performance.
  • Act as a hands-on leader, supporting and empowering the team while driving continuous improvement.
Requirements

What You’ll Bring
