A leading supplier of high-quality hardware is on the lookout for a talented Customer Happiness & Sales Support Hero to join their team at their Holmewood Head Office in Chesterfield. Easily accessed from Junction 29 M1.

The Role: Customer Happiness & Sales Support HeroIn this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. Working in the Customer Happiness Team (CHT) and Sales Team, you’ll play a key part in achieving the company’s sales and profit targets. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships with customers and contribute to a dynamic and thriving growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Line Support: Act as the welcoming voice for all customer inquiries, offering prompt and effective solutions.
  • Web Platform Account Management: Support customers in managing their online accounts, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Order Processing: Handle customer orders with precision, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Live Chat Support: Manage customer queries through live chat, providing immediate assistance and maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Performance Measures

  • NPS Feedback Score: Maintain and improve Net Promoter Scores, driving customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Activity Points: Support the Sales Team by contributing to sales activities, helping to reach the company’s ambitious goals.
  • Sales Revenue: Play an integral role in achieving the annual sales and profit objectives.
