A reputable house builder seeks to appoint a Customer Care Maintenance Technician to join their Customer Care team working on new build housing developments in the Derbyshire region.


About the Customer Care Maintenance Technician role:
Working closely with the Construction team you will be responsible for arranging visits to new build homes to carry out defects. You will carry out a high standard of multi trades / maintenance works. Carpentry, Plumbing, Decorating, Painting, Mastic, Tiling throughout the warranty period.


Customer Care Maintenance Technician role:

Carrying out repairs to domestic properties within warranty, as directed by Customer Service Team
General maintenance including but not exhausted of the following: joinery repairs, decorating, tiling, flooring repairs, minor brickwork repairs, mastic seals
Work alongside Customer Service Team to receive job instructions and diary management of repairs booked
Work with office staff and field based staff to ensure service provision is maintained
Provide all materials delivery notes & receipts to the Customer Service Manager on a regular basis
Provide mileage log to the Customer Service Manager on a weekly basis
Skills and experience required for the Customer Care Maintenance Technician role:
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of working in a customer related environment within a house building/construction industry. Clean driving licence preferred
