Spire Resourcing have been retained by a leading care services provider committed to delivering outstanding care and support to assist them find a quality driven Registered Manager. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to lead their team and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.

As their CQC Registered Manager, you will strategically manage and improve operations across multiple sites. Your leadership will drive the development of core teams, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and foster a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational aspects of Respite, Day Care, Supported Living, and Domiciliary services.
  • Maintain and build excellent relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with QA & HS requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage operational managers.
  • Proactively engage in future development and staff training.
  • Implement performance management and improvement strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the care sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
  • Ability to manage change and drive improvements.
  • Hold a Level 4 or 5 Health and Social Care Qualification
  • Must be experienced in handling out of hours on call
