IT Recruitment Solutions (ITRS) was founded in 2018 and comprises a team of 5 experienced professionals. Our focus is on Tech recruitment, and we work across a range of industries including iGaming, Finance, Defence, EdTech, SaaS and many more.

At ITRS we’re looking for an organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Recruitment Administrator. No experience necessary!

This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career with the right attitude and personality.

The role will offer hybrid working split between a shared office Chichester and home. Once trained, there will be the option to work mainly remotely.

Role Description:

In this role, you’ll support our senior recruitment team, including:

• Learning the basics of recruitment

• Accurate administration

• Sourcing candidates

• Candidate interaction

• Supporting business development

• Staying organised

• Time management

Your Attributes:

This is a rare opportunity for someone with no prior experience, and full training will be provided.

However, you must already have the following natural attributes:

• A strong work ethic

• Mental resilience

• A positive attitude

• Good communication skills - written and verbal

• High standards and a desire to learn & improve

Solid GCSEs or A-Levels would be a bonus

What We Can Offer:

The base salary for this role starts at £23k per annum, with a bonus scheme of between £200 and £800 per month, and a range of benefits including 23 days holiday per annum (plus bank holidays plus Christmas off).

You’ll be provided with a tailored Personal Development Plan and there will be a strong pathway to progress your career at ITRS.

Within your first year, there will be the potential to progress into roles a Consultant role with higher earnings potential, and eventually to progress on to Senior Consultant and Business Development Manager level.

The potential earnings for these roles range from at least £40k, up to over £100k per annum.
