CMA HR Division has partnered with an established services organisation, based on the outskirts of Chichester, for the recruitment of a HR Advisor to cover maternity leave.

This is a varied 12 month fixed term contract role which will be reporting to the Head of HR and be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the HR team.

What will the HR Advisor role involve?

• Providing oversight and supervision of all HR functions.
• Dealing with ER queries and escalating complex case loads to the Head of HR.
• Supporting line manager with recruitment and retention.
• Supporting hiring managers with the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions and attending interviews.
• On boarding new starters and ensuring that mandatory training is undertaken.
• Note taking in HR meetings.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and process HR documentation.

Suitable Candidate for HR Advisor vacancy:

• Ideally CIPD level 3 qualified or equivalent.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise workload.
• Experience working within a HR team/generalist role.
• Able to commence employment in April for handover.
