Chichester Recruitment is currently seeking an Investment Operations Administrator on behalf of their client to join their Operations team.

The Role of Investment Operations Administrator :

This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide professional support across the Operations department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Onboarding: Managing and maintaining client data
  • Contracts & Settlements:
  • Client Cash Receipts & Payments: Managing client cash transactions
  • Dividends & Corporate Actions: Processing relevant transactions
  • Cross Team Collaboration: Working effectively with other teams and departments
  • Internal Controls & Record Maintenance: Ensuring accurate records and adherence to internal/external audit standards

The Ideal Candidate for the Investment Operations Administrator :

The ideal candidate will be educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent, with experience in Financial Services, particularly within an Investment Management environment. However, on the job training will be provided.

An understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and internal policies, procedures, and systems is an advantage, though not essential.
