This growing SME is a Distribution business located in Chippenham.
Operating a number of regional distribution centres throughout the UK, the business supplies to B2C and B2B markets.
With revenues of approx. £25m, this company has been in operation for over 30 years and is looking to continue is recent growth.
About The Role
The position will be play a leading role in the production and execution of management and financial accounts for the business, reporting to the Head of Finance.
The core responsibilities of the Management & Financial Accountant will include the preparation of head office monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, production of franchisee accounts, the production of annual budgets, preparation of VAT returns and liaising with external auditors.
The opportunity is there for this individual to be trained into the role of Head of Finance.
About The Candidate
Ideally fully ACCA / ACA/ ICAEW / CIMA qualified. Study support available for those still progressing.
Experience with SAP would be an advantage, as will your competency with Excel.
You will be required on site in Chippenham for the majority of the week (4-5 days).
The role is best suited to someone who wants to progress and step up in their next role, able to eventually take on the role and responsibilities of the Head of Finance.
