We are seeking a Support Executive to assist in the development and growth of our Business Solutions team. The role involves supporting the Business Solutions and Services team and Director, ensuring efficient engagement between Business Solutions and Account Managers, and maintaining day-to-day activities.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Oversee engagement and triage of Business Solutions service desk.
  • Maintain a general level of understanding of key solution areas.
  • Support the management and processing of the annuity platform.
  • Assist with monthly invoicing and bespoke invoicing requirements for specific customers.
  • Handle customer calls, respond to emails, and resolve queries.
  • Support Marketing with internal and external documentation for Business Solutions.
  • Run regular reports across all solution pillars.
  • Maintain strong relationships across Finance and Business Solutions & Services for seamless billing and service collaboration.
  • Manage the Loyalty Scheme, ensuring customer information is current.
  • Oversee the renewals inbox, sharing upcoming renewals with sales teams.
  • Provide weekly solution updates and collate deals for recognition events.
  • Manage day-to-day enquiries in the upcoming acquisition integration.
  • Assist with quarterly social planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability to new situations and the ability to build successful relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
  • Ambitious self-starter with a keenness for learning and knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive, enthusiastic, persistent, conscientious, confident, and team-player attitude.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working with numbers.
