Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing Kensington and Chelsea Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate of 34.59 which is negotiable dependent upon experience.

We are looking for a HRA Finance Business Partner this role will be: W8 7NX

The right candidate will:

  • To act as a Finance Business Partner for the HRA providing high level financial advice and support to the Directors / Assistant Directors and their Heads of Service.
  • Budgeting and Financial Planning and the MTFS
  • Closing of accounts process, ensuring timescales are achieved.
  • Budget monitoring and forecasting.
  • To respond to information requests quickly and accurately.
  • To provide financial reports for departmental meetings as required.

We require the following:

  • Degree Educated or significant relevant experience
  • CCAB Qualified
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and IT skills
  • Experience of working with substantial budgets
  • Experience of managing complex financial issues in an environment of change
  • Ability to challenge and question the way things are done
  • Experience of producing reports on complex matters
