Account Executive

Location: Chipping Warden, Oxfordshire

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Salary: 24,000-26,000 per annum

Igloo is looking for a proactive and organised Account Executive to join our client's team in Chipping Warden. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key personnel.
  • Attend regular review meetings.
  • Manage email inboxes, handling client queries, bookings, amendments, and complaints.
  • Communicating via email, phone, and text with clients and customers daily.
  • Resolve issues related to vehicle deliveries, damages, parking fines, and speeding fines.
  • Generate and manage daily reports for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate vehicle collections for clients and sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-starter mentality.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
