OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join a dynamic team. My client manufacture and supply rubber and plastic products to industry. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service , with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Internal Sales Manager and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

路 Processing and administering customer enquiries, from costing through to quotation and completion.

路 Creating production work orders.

路 Taking and managing telephone queries.

路 Updating the CRM system with customer and supplier information.

路 Placing stock orders and purchase orders with our preferred suppliers.

路 Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required.

The candidate should:

路 Display excellent health and safety awareness.

路 Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

路 Show strong communication skills, decision making, and time management.

路 Have strong numerical and IT skills.

路 Display the ability to handle disputes and solve problems.

路 Have a willingness to learn.

路 Have CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system experience (preferred but not essential).
