Astute's Nuclear team is partnering with A well-established company with a proven track record of providing high-quality, often custom-made products and services throughout the entire project lifecycle, to recruit a Senior Mechanical Engineer on a 12 month contract for its Chorley site.
The Senior Mechanical Engineer role comes with a hourly rate of 50-56.
Key skills required for the Senior Mechanical Engineer role
- A professionally registered Engineer
- Level 4 qualification (HNC) in an engineering discipline relevant to the role
- Experience in engineering design development using appropriate CAD software
- Knowledge of production and checking of manufacturing and assembly drawings for complex machined and fabricated components
