Our client is committed to fostering independent living and enhancing the quality of life for its residents through tailored community-based support. As a growing organization established in 2021, the provider operates Residential and Supported Living services across the North West.

About the Job

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Advisor to join the team in Chorley. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, managing employee relations, and driving effective HR management practices. Your contributions will be vital in supporting the organization's mission of delivering exceptional care and support to its clients.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
  • Support the continued professional development of staff.

Qualifications:

  • A strong background in Human Resources management.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A passion for supporting individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities.
