  • Ensure regular communication and updates to designated advisers, facilitating the efficient completion of work-related tasks
  • Process Letter of Authority requests, ensuring all procedures are followed within the specified turnaround times
  • Prepare cases for paraplanning by ensuring all required information is collected for the recommendation report and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve any outstanding issues
  • Prepare client documentation for initial meetings, such as brochures, client agreements, questionnaires, and data capture forms, as well as documents like provider application forms, illustrations, and key features documents for follow-up meetings
  • Submit and complete new business cases in accordance with compliance and new business processing guidelines, ensuring proper documentation is recorded in relevant databases and stored according to company standards
  • Provide client servicing, ensuring the accurate upkeep of review dates and preparation of necessary paperwork for review meetings, such as portfolio valuation reports, annual cost and charges disclosures, regulatory documents, and relevant application forms or authorities
