Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service, maintaining communication with clients throughout the service or repair process.
- Handle necessary paperwork and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Keep the service area tidy and well-organized, contributing to a professional environment.
- Process customer payments and manage follow-up actions to ensure satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in the motor industry and/or as a Service Advisor is an advantage, but not essential.
- No formal qualifications are required, but a strong work ethic and commitment to quality are crucial.
- A good level of computer literacy and the ability to navigate digital systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering an outstanding experience.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
