As a vital member of the team, you will focus on generating high-quality leads to be handed off to the sales team for conversion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling: Identify new opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients, introducing our IT services, and scheduling Teams meetings with qualified leads for the sales team to close.
  • LinkedIn Outreach: Engage decision-makers by initiating meaningful conversations, creating interest, and fostering relationships to uncover new leads.
  • Sales Materials Distribution: Share compelling sales materials (e.g., brochures, case studies) within the local area to inform prospects about our offerings.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, tracking prospect information, follow-ups, and the opportunity pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and achieve shared objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular pipeline updates to the Head of Sales and ensure that targets and KPIs are consistently met.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
  • Experience: Proven track record in lead generation, telesales, or outbound sales, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage and influence potential clients.
  • LinkedIn Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation and professional networking.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and targets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Microsoft products and the ability to present technical solutions effectively to prospects.
