Henlee Resourcing is working exclusively with a highly successful, ethical and PEOPLE-FOCUSED business based near Cirencester, to help find them a talented HR Manager.

This newly created role, requires an experienced HR professional to take on the day-to-day operational running of a busy HR function, as the HRD and Senior Leadership team embark on an exciting time in the company's history.

This fast-paced and diverse role will see you lead the full generalist life-cycle support for 140 colleagues across 3 sites, whilst managing and mentoring a team of 4. You will lead on employee relations, recruitment, talent development, performance management, policy development and KPI and MI reporting, as well as helping to arrange the company incentives and team building events!

Suitable applicants will be experienced working in a pacey, work hard / play-hard-type environment, with demonstrable experience of team leadership and, a personal desire to develop and progress! Great systems, communication and time management skills are also essential. As is a sense of humour!

The HRD is succession planning and able to offer scope for progression over the next 3-5 years. So, if you are ambitious, looking to progress and, would like to work in a company with great culture and a real focus on its people, look no further!!
