As Programme Manager, your role will hold the below responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate clear leadership to deliver outstanding customer service to support short and long-term growth.
  • Utilise the company account management tools, CRM systems, ERP systems and comply with the companies processes.
  • Manage and influence Customer Focus Team to ensure customer service.
  • Maintain and develop wide customer relationships to ensure a very high level of Net Promoter Scores.
  • Ensure that all business is maintained at high levels of gross margin and operating profit.
  • Monitor and update systems to efficiently deliver accurate operational and financial reports.
  • Ensure that all tooling, non-recurring costs and company labour is delivered profitably.
  • Ensure that all financial forecasting (Revenue, Order Intake and Order Book), within the current, month, quarter and year outlook is accurate and timely.
  • Take responsibility for collection within terms of all accounts receivables.
  • Ensure the efficient collection of excess and obsolete material claims.
  • Take responsibility for closure of timely and accurate customer pricing deviations.
  • Maintain and execute customer contracts.
  • Maintain customer relationships and secure customer satisfaction, problem and conflict resolution and escalation.
  • Aim to exceed customer request and deadline dates and maintain a high level of quality.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings including, but not limited to monthly meetings, quarterly business reviews and strategic business reviews.
  • Establish and maintain standard methodologies for project and programme management, in conjunction with existing procedures.

The successful candidate will:

  • Educated Education/Experience/Credentials: Degree or equivalent work experience in directly related fields.
  • Five plus years direct Project Management experience in electronic manufacturing or a directly related field.
  • Proven project management experience, and experience using Agile, Prince2 methodology will be desirable
  • Ability to read a P&L and Balance Sheet, calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
