How you'll make an impact

As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing customer credit accounts, ensuring timely payments, and minimising financial risk to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage customer credit limits to ensure timely payments.

  • Review and analyse accounts to identify overdue balances.

  • Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on overdue payments and resolve discrepancies.

  • Negotiate payment plans and terms to facilitate on-time payments.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and collection efforts.

  • Collaborate with credit insurers to mitigate risk.
