A very busy Inn with Rooms with its own bustling restaurant with very high standards is looking for a Sous Chef with a fresh food background.
This establishment has a very busy award-winning restaurant and banqueting
This role would suit an experienced sous chef. All dishes are cooked to order from fresh in this busy local restaurant. All produce is sourced locally. The establishment can do up to 1000 covers a week
The main priority of this successful restaurant is to always push standards.
Sous chef skills required:
Experience with working with all fresh food
Rosette standard desired not essential
Right attitude and desire to learn
Passion for food
Must be able to run the kitchen in chefs absence
Must be hands on
This position offers the successful Sous Chef a salary of up to £40,000 doe and a chance to join a incredibly successful restaurant
2 Straight Shifts & 3 splits (alternate weeks)

Your own car would be advantageous due to location
Working in a rosette standard kitchen
