Location: Coalville
Salary: £26,000 + Performance Bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 am to 5:00 am

The Customer Service Advisor role involves both inbound and outbound communication, with a focus on liaising with schools, group coordinators, and handling customer queries. You’ll also guide customers through our online ordering process while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer emails, web chat inquiries, and complaints promptly.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
  • Liaise with group coordinators and assist customers with troubleshooting and solutions.
  • Understand and communicate terms and conditions confidently.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Experience and skills required for the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centres, contact centres, or account management roles
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and general software applications.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm and patient approach.
  • Positive mindset, decision-making skills, and efficient time management.
