Description

The role of Group Parts Manager will involve:

• Overseeing the parts distribution department and ensuring efficient operations.
• Ensuring the coordination and delivery of parts across the UK.
• Implementing and monitoring inventory control measures.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets set for the department.
• The training and recruitment of staff.
• Travelling to other depot locations.
• Budgetary responsibility.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating with the servicing department to ensure the required parts are available.
• Managing the parts/stores team and promoting a positive work environment.
• Reporting on department performance to senior management.
