HR Officer

Location: Coalville
Date: 7th April to 4th July
Shift Pattern/ Hours : Monday to Friday 08:45 am to 17:00 pm
Salary: 14.66 to 18.64 per hour

What you will be responsible for:

• Administration of our online learning system
• Administer and support our online recruitment process
• Run regular reports using Business Objects and iTrent reporting systems
• Arrange and set-up training courses.

Requirements:

• Able to operate and quickly gain familiarity with computer packages, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, reporting systems and our learning management system with a view to supporting other employees in their use
• Ability to generate and interpret reports
• Ideally has work experience in an HR and/or learning and development environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively build rapport, communicate and gain the confidence of a variety of people
