My client is seeking an Administrator with strong Excel skills to join them on a temp to perm basis.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring maintenance schedules are maintained and processed
- Working in conjunction with the Manager to ensure the PM schedules are completed.
- Ensuring that charges are identified and charged correctly
- Working with the reporting team to ensure service calls are closed correctly.
- Maintaining the data quality in the reporting systems to ensure scheduled and ad-hoc reports are available.
- Ensuring administrative tasks are completed on a monthly basis.
- Working with the Manager to ensure Salesforce service data integrity and quality is maintained.
- Working with the service team to design and implement new reporting requirements.

To be suitable you will need to be comfortable using excel. Due to the location of the company, being a driver is preferable.
