We are seeking a dynamic Client Services Executive to support our client’s Account Management team.
- Based in Leatherhead
- Up to £25,000 salary (DOE)

Job Description:
- Assist the Senior Account Lead with client growth, retention, outreach, and onboarding.
- Support new business efforts, RFP responses, and stakeholder proposals.
- Document client communications, track actions, and prepare reports.
- Manage client communications and project handovers.
- Assist with venue sourcing, supplier management, and logistics.
- Compile post-event reports and client feedback.
- Support budget prep, expense reconciliation, and financial tracking.
- Log timesheets, collaborate across teams, and attend meetings/training.
Person Specification:
- Must have excellent administrative experience.
- Organised.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good customer service.
- Problem solver.
