About the Role Project Co-ordinatorWe are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Project Co-ordinator to join our team in Leatherhead. This role involves providing administrative and project support across various business functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be confident handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Project Co-ordinator• Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring deadlines are met.• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.• Handle incoming enquiries, emails, and correspondence efficiently.• Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and databases.• Co-ordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.• Support in organising events, training sessions, and team activities.• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.

Requirements Project Co-ordinator• Strong numeracy and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).• Excellent organisational and communication skills.• Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work independently.• A proactive and motivated approach to problem-solving.
