A facilities company in Chessington is seeking a strong communicator to join their team for inbound and outbound calls.
The role involves liaising with clients and engineers regarding services such as electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and drainage.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
Full training will be provided, and the position is office-based with parking available.
The salary for this role is competitive, and prior experience in a similar position is preferred.

Our client is a very successful and very busy facilities company - they need someone to join their team to receive inbound calls so you will need to be a clear strong communicator who enjoys liaising with both clients and engineers. They deal with a very wide range of services, from, Electrical, Heating, Air conditioning, Plumbing, drainage etc.
