Join our team at a well-established nursery in West Horsley, Surrey. We are seeking a wonderful non-qualified Childcare Practitioner to join our team. Reed Education are representing this wonderful nursery which is set in beautiful surroundings, and has been operating for 20 years and boasts good staff retention. With the recent addition of two new classrooms, we are expanding our team to accommodate the influx of new children.
Day-to-day of the role:- Work 40 hours per week with one day off during the week.
- Engage with children in a nurturing and educational environment.
- Implement daily routines and educational programs.
- Monitor and support the development of the children.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and appealing environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- For qualified positions: Relevant childcare qualifications.
- Experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
- Passion for working with children and providing high-quality childcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a professional attitude.
