We are seeking a Company Accountant to work onsite and take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, working closely with the management team and external accountants to ensure financial compliance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:-
Overseeing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments.

Managing customer invoicing and monitoring incoming payments.

Conducting bank reconciliations.

Producing monthly management accounts.

Handling online payment methods.

Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns.

Processing payroll for 50> employees, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.

Cashflow management

Previous experience in a similar finance role.

AAT Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.

Strong attention to detail with meticulous record-keeping skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience with Sage accounting software is advantageous.
