School Caretaker

Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Caretaker to support the daily operations of four schools in Colchester

Hourly rate: £16.00 (Umbrella)

Duration:3 months

Hours: 08:00 - 16:00, 4 days per week

Location: Essex

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Ensure school grounds are upkept and maintained to high standards
Carry out repairs and minor plumbing works

Conduct site walks and inspections of buildings and equipment

Keep Smartlog system up to date and maintain records of issues and remedial works

Undertake risk assessments

Liaise with external contractors and staff for any disruptions

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience carrying out maintenance with a strong understanding of H&S policies
