Finance Manager | 2 years+ PQE | £60,000 - £70,000 DOE + Bonus | Hybrid Working with the office near Colchester

We are currently partnering with a highly acquisitive retailer who are looking to expand their finance team with the addition of a Finance Manager. This role will support the Financial Controller and is a new role in the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Financial Controllers with month-end tasks and accounting standards
  • Oversee financial and bank reporting
  • Ensure compliance with banking covenants
  • Support audits and technical accounting queries

What You Need:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in financial reporting within a group setting
  • Knowledge of tax requirements for sales and purchases
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • D365 experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

The business operate a hybrid working model with a requirement to be on site 2x week. There is parking on site.
