Finance Manager | 2 years+ PQE | £60,000 - £70,000 DOE + Bonus | Hybrid Working with the office near Colchester
We are currently partnering with a highly acquisitive retailer who are looking to expand their finance team with the addition of a Finance Manager. This role will support the Financial Controller and is a new role in the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Financial Controllers with month-end tasks and accounting standards
- Oversee financial and bank reporting
- Ensure compliance with banking covenants
- Support audits and technical accounting queries
What You Need:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in financial reporting within a group setting
- Knowledge of tax requirements for sales and purchases
- Advanced Excel skills
- D365 experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
The business operate a hybrid working model with a requirement to be on site 2x week. There is parking on site.
