Payroll and Systems Officer-Hybrid

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and process the monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports, including statutory returns and pension contributions.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff on payroll and system-related queries.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new HR systems and processes.
