Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and process the monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, including statutory returns and pension contributions.
- Provide support and guidance to staff on payroll and system-related queries.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new HR systems and processes.

- Proven experience in payroll administration and systems management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices.
