Duties

  • Conduct and coordinate internal audits of management systems and Building Safety Case Reports.
  • Develop and implement effective audit plans, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures.
  • Provide advice, support, and training to staff on compliance matters.
  • Develop and update policies and processes proactively.
  • Implement and verify corrective actions.
  • Represent the company in meetings with third-party compliance bodies.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and support accreditation efforts.
  • Compile data analysis and report key business metrics to senior management.
  • Handle data access requests and communications with the ICO.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of management systems and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 1401 and 4501.
  • Excellent auditing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective policies and processes.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally in external engagements.
  • Competence in data analysis and reporting.
