The Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be part of a dynamic, sociable, and forward-thinking team, working closely with senior colleagues while developing your skills and progressing towards a leadership role.

?? Cost planning & budgeting - ensuring financial efficiency across projects?? Procurement & tendering - managing contractor and supplier negotiations?? Contract administration - working with JCT & NEC contracts?? Financial reporting & risk management - providing expert cost control advice?? Final accounts & project close-out - ensuring successful financial completion

Requirements

RICS Accredited degree qualification
18+ months Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Pre and Post Contract experience
Ambition to achieve MRICS
A proactive and collaborative approach
Valid UK driving license

£45,000 - £55,000
